All Applicants must also pass a background check.
Due to the large pool of coaches in our program, the board will be selecting the managing{head} coaches AND the pool of assistants they can select from. Coaches within that "approved pool" can share their preferences of working together, but only if it creates balanced teams.
Seniority and experience are both factors when coaches are elected - especially in our competitive Majors Program. PNH considers priority for coaches who have participated in our league as an assigned Team Manager, Board Member, or Team Assistant above new applicants if there are limited spots available within a division.
Filling out an application will not guarantee you a position. If you are not assigned to a team as a named coach, you still are able to contribute to the team in other capacities.
We are working hard to create balanced teams, so parity amongst coaching staff will be our highest priority.
